Statewide Candidate Forum Hear directly from invited statewide major party primary winners for Maryland’s statewide offices about their priorities and what their vision for Maryland means for municipalities and local leaders. Candidates will all be given 3 minutes for opening and closing remarks and be asked three municipal focused questions with two minutes to answer each question. Confirmed: Lt.
