CONFERENCE DETAILS
Registration
- Early Bird Member rate - $675 through April 2.
- Early Bird Non-Member rate - $850 through April 2.
- Registrant must have or must create a profile to use registration system
- Only an organization’s MML Key Contact may register on behalf of another individual
Before You Start:
Please DO NOT create a new profile. If you cannot remember your login information contact MML. Only someone designated as KEY CONTACT can register other officials from their municipality. If "Register Linked Profile" does not show when attempting to register your officials, please contact 410-295-9100 for assistance/verification of your town's designated Key Contacts.
Guest Package
In line with our commitment to fostering meaningful connections, we are reminding you of the MML guest policy. Guests only have access to meals, which includes lunch and receptions and excludes access to sessions, keynotes, et al.
- Guests must be 18+ years old, not a current or past municipal official, not affiliated with any exhibitor or sponsor, and have no professional reason to attend.
- Guests are intended to be a spouse or partner of a registrant.
- Must be registered in order to purchase a guest package
Price: $250
Pay by Invoice
If you are paying by invoice payment will only be accepted through April 3, 2024. Members are required to pay via ACH link, unless preapproved by Karen Wilbert or Paula Chase-Hyman. Registrations will be cancelled if members do not pay their invoice within 10 days of registering.
Deadline & Cancellation
Deadline for any registration cancellation is June 5, 2024, no money will be refunded post deadline. Cancellation fee: $75.
Hotels
- We have collaborated with Conference Direct to streamline your conference registration and hotel booking experience.
- There is no additional charge for using the portal.
- All hotels featured are providing rooms within the MML Block.
