The Maryland Certified Public Manager® Program has a limited number of funded spaces available for managers and executives from state, local, municipal government, and non-profit organizations in Maryland for 2025. Eligible applicants can attend the program at no charge to them or their agency.

All formal requests for an amendment to the MML Bylaws for the upcoming 2024 Annual Business Meeting must be submitted in writing no later than April 12^th to MML CEO Theresa Kuhns. A formal letter with direct wording, background of the request, and member municipality is required. If the amendment request is on behalf of an MML-sponsored group, please include a cover letter, approved meeting minutes, action item and vote.

On behalf of the Maryland Municipal League, it is my distinct honor to announce the call for leadership. While the preliminary program is forthcoming, please note that our advocacy day will take place on February 29th, with continued learning through March 1st. New this year, we are opening advocacy day up to all MML members and staff! While MMA members will stand apart in gold scarves, we know that there is strength in numbers. Please have your elected and appointed staff members mark their calendars for February 29th to join you as you make your way down to the State House. An additional email will be sent out regarding Advocacy Day registration.
